Job description   

  • Organize and arrange tasks for sales consultants (SC) and store manager (SM).
  • Implement the oriented marketing programs and sales activities.
  • Resolves conflicts, handle customer’s complaints that related to sales activities.
  • Propose the sales plant to increase sales.
  • Recruit, train and develop SC and manage their performance.
  • Propose sale policy, sales bonus policy for SC if any.
  • Monitor and implement sales procedure and customer care policy.
  • Work with related partner to build an effective management system for sale activities and to maintain target customers.
  • Co-ordinate and delivery goods among stores. Ensure the minimum inventory in the store.

Job requirements

  • From 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar position. 
  • Fluency in Cambodia (necessary) and English or Chinese (preferred)
  • Graduate from college or higher level
  • Experience in retails – Fashion and accessories
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good at Computer skills
