Job description
1. Sales and customer care:
- Manage store operations. Offer programs to boost sales and take care of customers at the store.
- Assign tasks to sales consultants (SC) and monitor sale performance at the store.
- Support marketing department in implementing the marketing programs and the customer care programs to sales consultants (SC) and customers.
- Manage goods at the store’s warehouse
- Conduct a survey of the store’s competitor and its vicinity
2. Management and control of human resources:
- Participate in recruiting, training and developing employees at the store
- Building employee connection at the store
- Proposing some employee reward policies
- Supervising sales consultants (SC) to implement the company's procedures and rules
Job requirements
- From 22 to 35 years’ old
- Good at communication, agility and active character
- Be able to work as shifting time as following: + Shift 1: from 8am to 4pm; + Shift 2: from 3pm to 10pm
- Good at computer skills
- Good communication in Cambodia and English.
